    very tasty whiskey, sweet and balanced notes on the palate. vanilla caramel notes that fade rather quickly. water does not seem to change the flavor profile. a rather short finish bit at the price point it's hard to find another rye to beat this one

    spicy with a long finish, powerful flavor profile for cocktails. it may be a bit overpowering if you intend to sip this whiskey

    This is a very unique gin, first time I tried it was a bad experience. fresh of the bottle it has a smell and taste of chardonnay that went bad. several weeks after opening the bottle, I tried it a 2nd time but I let it sit for a few minutes on ice before trying it. the result improved quite a bit but still a far cry for what you should expect on a $45 gin

    I had a chance to sample this whisky and found it to be an excellent splurge at the $160 price point. there are several flavor notes that I got with every sip: vanilla, caramel. it tastes more like liquid dessert than actual whisky to me, and while the finish is short, it kept me wanting to try one more sip.

    I find this rye to be just O.K. my impressions are probably not great because I had just tried their 12 y.o. which is very good. at the price point, there are definitely other options with more character depending of the notes you prefer in rye whiskey

    amazing value. while it does not standout for anything in particular, this is a very well balanced and smooth bourbon that you can drink regularly.

    Excellent well balanced rum, and does carry some of the great notes from the plantation rum family. Definitely worth the MSRP and will be taking a permanent spot on my shelf.

    great (different) gin. great sipping, wood notes. you can easily taste the oak barrel aging on this gin. while I dont think a G&T is a good cocktail for this gin, a negroni on the other hand is definitely a good way to enjoy this gin

    this is a good strong tequila that's best suited for cocktails. it makes great palomas and margaritas with the traditional tequila flavors without getting the alcohol notes of some other budget friendly reposados
