Tastes

Good basic bourbon. Has a dry initial taste that is not too sweet. Ends with a long peppery after taste.

Aged wood aroma. Like grandmas attic, a barn or wood working shop. Rich thick mouth feel, with tastes of dark malt & raisins. Sweet notes at the front and slight heat on the backend. I say recommended and buy again!

Butterscotch & vanilla very smooth at the start. Take a swallow the heat and cinnamon takes over the finish.

Nice aroma with a hint of cloves. Smooth vanilla and honey taste. A nice creamy oily mouthfeel. Warm pepper spice on the back end that lasts.

First drink. Bananas & sweetness, body is thin.

Sweet, oily very nice.

All the traditional bourbon tastes. Softer and more rounded than bookers. Very good I’ll be getting another soon!

Very sweet at first, lots of oak and cask wood tastes, then rye burn shows at the end. (Part of a flight at a bourbon bar, need to get a whole bottle soon!).
