Tastes

Malty cereal aroma, spices and cereals with heat in the taste, slightly dry and short finish.

Wonderful aroma, sweet buttery apple, vanilla, caramel and oak notes. Warming finish. Sure wish I could find the cast strength version.

Traditional bourbon aromas of carmel vanilla, taste is young, hot & burning cinnamon. Lots of barrel notes in the taste and aftertaste. Overpriced.

Subtle, lite, well rounded, nothing jumps out sharply taking over the show. Beautiful golden color. Nose has yeast and crusty bread notes. Taste also has bread notes with vanilla wafers. Aftertaste has a nice slow mild cinnamon burn. I think this will be a yearly purchase.

Good basic bourbon. Has a dry initial taste that is not too sweet. Ends with a long peppery after taste.

Aged wood aroma. Like grandmas attic, a barn or wood working shop. Rich thick mouth feel, with tastes of dark malt & raisins. Sweet notes at the front and slight heat on the backend. I say recommended and buy again!

Butterscotch & vanilla very smooth at the start. Take a swallow the heat and cinnamon takes over the finish.
