This is probably my favorite bourbon that is readily available. I was skeptical at first given the price tag and that the Single Barrel goes for $40 and the base Small Batch for $33. At face value, I thought it was mis-priced but this isn’t meant to bridge a gap between Small Batch and Single Barrel - I think it’s meant to bridge the gap between Single Barrel and the Limited Edition Small Batches. I think this is a wonderfully executed addition to the Four Roses base lineup and this Small Batch Select will always have a spot on my shelf. This is excellent - really quite exceptional.

For under $30, this is a great single barrel expression (and an 8 year bourbon at that). It’s an easy sip at under 90 proof and it’s something that I’ll drink occasionally. I’d confidently serve this up to guests who might not be big bourbon drinkers knowing I’m pouring them something decent. This is very good - a cut above. Barrel 915 barreled on 2-1-12 and bottled on 5-8-20.

At less than $40 out the door after tax, this will always have a spot in my shelf. A great single barrel bourbon which will always offer up a great sip and perhaps a slightly different sip from bottle-to-bottle and barrel-to-barrel. Great neat and makes phenomenal mixed drinks. This is excellent - really quite exceptional. Barrel 77-2J from warehouse RN.

I feel it’s a little steep for $55 although it’s completely in line comparing it to the $52 Woodford Reserve Double Oaked goes for. I just didn’t enjoy it as much as the WRDO. The 1910 is good juice but I won’t be in a hurry to replace it. It’s something I 100% have to be in the mood for given how sweet this drinks - it's like a sugary, frosted birthday cake - I can only have so much. I’ll definitely suggest it to anyone looking for something that is just that - very, very sweet. This is good - just fine.

For $40 and its ease of availability (at least in Ohio), this is my go to wheated bourbon. This is worthy of a spot on the shelf. Very good - a cut above. Batch 19-02.

Decent sipper for the price as it was under $20 after tax. If I need to grab something cheap for a party or just want to hammer through something and not care too much about what I’m drinking, this is probably what I’d pick up. It's sub-par. Not bad, but better exists.

I quite enjoy this bottle. It's great - well above average. It’s easy to drink and it isn’t overwhelming sweet like other twice barreled bourbons. It’s something I’ll keep around.

A simple but pleasant drink. It's good - just fine. I’d buy another in good time.

A fine drink. Very good - a cut above. I won’t be in a hurry to replace this bottle once I finish it, but I’d buy it again at some point.

Not a fan. I find it sub-par - not bad, but better exists. It’d make for some decent mixed drinks I’m sure.
