Reviewed January 25, 2018 (edited March 13, 2018)Color: Honey Nose: Sherry, vanilla and honey with apple and raisins. Palate: A very smooth, light medium bodied whisky with a silky mouth feel. The Sherry and an exquisite fruitiness lead the way, followed by a slight oakiness and then heating up with some spiciness for a smooth finish. -

Single Malt — Islands, Scotland
Reviewed January 4, 2018 (edited March 13, 2018)Color: Light honey Nose: Raisin, honey, caramel, and toffee. Palate: Light bodied. Honey and raisin at the front. Heats with oak and toffee in the middle. Finish is quick with lingering citrus and raisin. -

Reviewed January 1, 2018 (edited May 3, 2018)Color: Dark Amber Nose: A pleasant combination of corn sweetness, red apples, caramel, and milk chocolate. Palate: Very smooth, and balanced and full bodied. Caramel and milk chocolate hit the front, and the dram gets spicier as it warms up towards the back. Followed by a ripe red apple finish. Really delicious and easy to sip for a 100 proof bourbon. -

Reviewed December 31, 2017 (edited December 3, 2018)Color: Dark honey. Nose: Dense sherry, smoke, and salt topped of by hints of orange and honey. Palate: Sherry, orange, honey and sea salt hit the palate first. And black pepper and smoke take up the rear with lingering citrus and honey. This dram gradually and gracefully warms up -

Orange, honey. and caramel at the front with a spiciness that builds toward the end. Finish is pleasant, silky and smooth with lingering winter fruits and honey that invite another sip. -

Reviewed December 29, 2017 (edited June 29, 2018)Color: Light amber Nose: Caramel and soft apple with oak. Palate: Really bright and smooth, medium bodied. Caramel and apple lead the way with a bright citrusy finish. Topped off with a spiciness that builds toward the end.
