Heavy ethanol on the nose. Ethanol is still present on first sip. Ice definitely smooths out some of the burn. Chocolate and char are evident. Not bad for the ABV.

Honey and grains on the nose. Coffee, black pepper, and oats. Ice adds char and continues the java bean taste. I like this one and has an unexpected flavor profile. Good neat or with a couple cubes.

Sweet with a touch of cherries on the nose. Black pepper is present on first sip but not very strong. Linger doesn’t go far and there is subtle hint of chocolate. Cube of ice doesn’t change much but does pull out some of the char and oak front the bourbon barrels. Good to sip on neat.

Berries, vanilla, and dried floral on the nose. Very pleasant and welcoming nose. First sip has char, vanilla, and a hint of black pepper. Overall taste is good and linger is lengthy but not overwhelming. A cube of ice lessened the linger and char. Black pepper remains making this a nice offering.

Apple, chocolate, and floral on the nose. Black pepper spice and leather on first sip. Good amount of burn and linger for a full flavor. Definitely a good Clyde option and worth a purchase.

On nose I get raw biscuit dough. Heavy notes of leather and char.

Smells like a hot toddy on the nose. First sip is Cinnamon and Christmas in your mouth.

Sweet hints on the nose and somewhat difficult to identify. Heavy char with hints of leather. There are notes of well done steak fresh off the grill. Definitely a unique flavor.

Sweet and chocolate on the nose. Chocolate and oak on first sip. Not much in the way of burn or linger. Ice really pull the chocolate out and adds to sweetness. I like this one but it’s a bit on the sweeter side.

Not much off the nose. Slight apple and pecan. Tannic and leather on first sip. Good lengthily linger and full mouth taste. Ice doesn’t change much. Softens the mild burn and makes it smoother. I would recommend this to others. Good for after work as an evening sipper.
