Cherry Pie, Pastry, Toasted Sugar

Melon, prosciutto, bacon, smoke

Kind of muddled and bland. I got the characteristic caramel and vanilla, with less sweetness than a bourbon but somehow little of anything else

The most complex thing I’ve ever tasted. An out of body experience as layers of black pepper, freshly baked bread and vanilla gave way to oak, cinnamon, and toasted hazelnut. The hazelnut became more pronounced as it sat and was joined by raisin flavors characteristic of sherry.

Surprisingly light but very spice-forward. Cumin, mace, and lemon peel.

Blackberries and caramel. Anise and cinnamon aromas typical of rye.

Very light in color and flavor. Melon aromas with toasted sugar flavors. Floral.

Smooth and easy to drink. Nose: caramel, roasted nuts. Palette: maple, peanut butter, finish: burnt caramel

Smells like cream cheese frosting. On the palette: blue cheese, dried mushroom, black pepper, and powdered sugar, all of which last.
