This bourbon has the best banana note that I’ve tasted in a bourbon. It’s almost like a candied banana note then the brown sugar comes in with the rye spice. A lot is on this one, it’s very delicious! I always get a banana note on old forester which I appreciate but this banana note is so much more refined. It drinks around 95 proof and a lengthy finish. Great pour 94/100

These knob creek single store picks are incredible. They are very rich with heavy dark cherry notes and tobacco. There is a lot more on it with the 120 proof but surely doesn’t drink like it. I stopped drinking it just to try others and back to it a few months ago. Soo damn good, 92/100

Rich berries, cherries, chocolate cream, dark oak, marshmallow, sandalwood, and MGP base.. Sagamore will be a top 5 distillery if they keep up the innovation with unique and delicious offerings. Feel like the high end MGP juice has has a distinct strawberry cream note. This finish is where it earns top respect 93/100 cheers

I picked up the “Cherry on Top” store pick. $71 with tax and well worth the price. This stuff is heavy on the butterscotch then a trans ion to an apple cherry note that runs a long Marathon of a finish. The very back end the spices kick in and a brown sugar. This bottle is a special one 95-100 🍒 💣

Taste very similar to rare bread with more cherry fruit notes. Nice burnt sugar flavor that runs the gauntlet through your mouth. 90-100

It’s bold but sweet and creamy, the more you drink it the better it gets.. Damn, got it from Colorado and won’t be able to get back there for a minute, should of gotten 2.. Comparing this to Remus 6 being they are both MGP, both great n different 92/100 Cheers

This is my 2nd Remus, the first was the 5. This one delivers a soft strawberry and cherry cream mid palate and finishes medium to long with a long rye kick full of Christmas spices. This is a beautiful bourbon, I’ll be getting a few more bottles before you won’t see it anymore. The 5 is better by a hair and it should be with age on it but this bottle is not far behind. This whiskey is so different although very quintessential flavor notes 93/100 Cheers 🥃 This whisky is straight sexy, grab a bottle

This stuff is baby rare breed! It’s delicious and the Best Buy in the bourbon game at $22. Classic bourbon notes, fantastic sweet nectar. I would almost prefer this to rare breed just because my ideal proof is 100ish. 87/100 Cheers

I’m loving this stuff and one of my current favorites to drink neat. Nice baking spices with a fruit note of apple and touch of chocolate. The finish is nice with almost a clean flavor that subtly kicks in with a touch of rye. Could be a nice everyday sipper if it wasn’t $65… 90/100

Good long finish, heavy on the wood but nice cherry note along the looooong ride of a finish. Almost a bit syrupy which daddy like but needs a little more on it to give me a better score. Had higher hopes but I’m sure the 120 will knock my block off. And block off meaning my tonsils off. 89/100
