Tastes

Nice little dessert whiskey with notes of honey, vanilla and some orange zest. I just wish it was a little stronger proof wise because it is a little muted. But that's a given at it's proof. Still pretty good, easy simple, dessert sipper. Middle of the pack for me.

Pleasantly mellow but at the same time complex. Sweet and savory, brown sugar-esqu and maybe fruity? I feel like I'm sipping breakfast pancakes mmm

Am I crazy to think that is actually enjoyable? Sure it's muted and low proof, but damn is it sweet and drinkable. Def a couch sipper. It's like Jim Beam but lighter on the nutty notes. More sweet too. Some green apples on the nose and Robitussin but it didn't taste like robitussin too much. Just nice and smooth and sweet, though muted. Still, I am surprised. I can see why Grant liked it.

Not a malt fan, but this was really good. Chocolate raisins.

My oh my. It's basically Diet Stagg Jr. Just a little less sweeter and a bit more spicy than Stagg Jr, but still very very good. If you're needin a fixin for the junya, this is the closest you'll get. So so good.
