    Honey, marzipan, dark berries, oak and leather. Full of flavors. Oaky, leathery and dry finish with light and sweet berry notes. Let your whisky sit in the glass for ten minutes or so. Good whisky at a fair price. My date stamp: L033C L04 31/08

    If you are a fan of Ardbeg 10, then this could be a surprise. Good, a little confusing, but balanced. However, I prefer Ardbeg 10 and sherried whisky separately.

    I may find the similarity to the 10 year old regular version, but this is stronger, less sweet and straightforward. Nose: fresh, salty, peaty and honeyed. Palate: seaweed, salt, peat, iodine. Burns like a fire. With some water added it becomes sweet, honeyed and peaty. Surprisingly sweet and balanced

    This young stallion is already ready to ride. Balanced and full of sweet and spicy flavors. At the finish mouth-coating butterscotch, cream flavours and maritime notes. This whiskey I'd love to have another sip. Cheers!

    Light honey on the nose. Rough, rich in taste, butterscotch, light sherry and red berries. At the finish, peat flavours rise and mix into a spicy whole. Campbeltown style, but personal and recognizebly unique. Good and enjoyable whisky.

    The long and low temperature fermentation gives the whiskey flavors and diversity. Rich and flavorful in taste. Oily and thick mouthfeel. Great whiskey.

    I'm not a huge fan of Aberlour but this is a good whisky. Nose, palate and finish are good. Not chill filtered, but color has probably been added. The oak maturation has been successful. Neither a luxury nor a household whisky, but an excellent everyday whisky for many occasions.
