Tastes

A welcome upgrade from standard bulleit. Although soft on the nose, big, full bodied, and meaty in flavor. Flavor tapers down slight towards the rear, but not in a negative way. I’d do it again for sure.

Full smell on the nose. Outstanding to drink. Makes me want to try their full line of bourbons.

Thin. Not good.

A decent bourbon with the exception of a thin finish.

Carmel on the nose. Flat entry, flat in the middle, kinda caramely at the back, very warm finish. Bitter aftertaste.

Yep, just as I expected from previous experience: tastes like green plants. At least the finish was sweet.

Very nutty tasting. Big in the middle. Bitter finish that tasted like green plants.

Hairspray flavor profile with a bitter finish.

NOTE: This is not what I drank. I had the 291 127.5 proof. And it was unique and marvelous. Nice brown sugar on the nose. Excellent buttery popcorn tase. Good burn on the finish. I love it, especially for those times you want to sip something different than the usuals.
