On the nose: vanilla, orange and clove On the palate: maple syrup, vanilla, peanuts, oak/wood varnish, light baking spice and black pepper, and finishes spicy and sweet. A really nice palate overall, but definitely thin at 80 proof. Would probably be awesome at higher proof

Finish: baking spice and honey A great daily sipper/go-to at the bar. Solid quality/price ratio

On the nose: light smoke, ocean, vanilla and sweetness On the palate: light peat and smoke, brine, honey, black pepper, and orchard fruit. Finishes with a combination of sweetness and cigar smoke Always solid. The classic sweet and smoky

On the nose: smoke, seashore, and a light sweetness On the palate: BIG savory smoke, brine, burnt rubber, woodiness, spice and then more sweet vanilla than I would’ve expected. A real sensory experience!

On the nose: vanilla, wood and overripe sherry fruits On the palate: vanilla, sweet and sour, honey, figs, pine, juniper, black licorice and a bit of bitterness. I personally like it, weird flavors and all, but I wouldn’t put this in front of most people and say “you’re gonna love this!”

A great all rounder On the nose: cherry, vanilla, and woody On the palate: well-integrated big spice, vanilla, brown sugar, cherry, coconut, peach, lighter oakiness, pralines and a little char. Slightly astringent leathery but still sweet finish.

Definitely recommend some acclimating to the high proof with another dram first. On the nose: classic wild Turkey with spice, vanilla, woodiness and cherry On the palate: ALL the caramel, all the vanilla, all that maple syrup, classic Turkey rye spice, cherry and orange. Glory if you love the classic Wild Turkey profile!

On the nose: bourbon like caramel and woodiness On the palate: sweet rich caramel, honey, a nice cedar/woodiness, subtle sherry character of raisins and figs, citrus candy, and a touch of smokiness and maybe a touch of chocolate. So much goodness going on at once! A stellar blend!

As a resident of Winston and frequent patron of its whiskey bars, this is something to be damn proud of. Majorly woody with notes of caramel, vanilla, berries, peach and banana. Reminiscent of quality American single malts like Balcones blended with classic bourbon. Sweet, woody and utterly awesome
