On the nose: vanilla, antique wood, and cherry On the palate: vanilla, ripe banana, oak, light spice, maybe a touch of smoke, and dark chocolate The more complex makers mark!

Nose: vanilla, cherry, cola (Dr.Pepper maybe?), woody Palate: a load of caramel, cola, baking spice, ginger, almond/marzipan, maraschino cherry, vanilla, oak, and a little bit of char. I dare say the cherry+almond+cola+vanilla makes for a Dr.Pepper comparison, but not in a cheap or bad way. Finish: vanilla, cola, a little astringent Overall: Crushable. A great balance of sweet and spiced notes that make it super drinkable.

On the nose: sweet vanilla, orange, and baking bread On the palate: SO MUCH VANILLA, caramel, brown sugar, cherry, raisin, substantial spice character, oak and orange. Finishes semi-sweet with a finish that lasts. F**cking Fantastic!!!

Batch 21-02, 110.4 proof On the nose: Vanilla, cherry, orange and eucalyptus On the palate: vanilla, light spice, banana, red fruit, tropical fruit and oak. Drinks a little hot though. Neat, it’s fine. But makes the best old fashioned I’ve ever had!
