Tastes

Nose of light vanilla, citrus peel, dried berries, and ash. Taste is butter cookie, orange zest, funk, and smoke... warm finish holds on with some baking spices and a tinge of smoke.

Nose is light cherry, caramel and cinnamon. Taste is big cherry notes, oak, then tons of pipe tobacco!

Heavy oak, vanilla and spice, along with some mint on the nose. Taste is thick and oily, composed of vanilla caramel, spice and oak.

Smell of strong cherry, oak, vanilla. Taste matches, with the addition of baking spice that holds on for a medium finish. Easy drinking for the 117 proof.

“Standard” bourbon vanilla and caramel on the nose. Followed by the same standard flavors, a bit of ethanol, and some cinnamon. Finish hangs on at 101 proof, and holds with a cinnamon baking spice flavor.

Nose is dark berries, banana, and cream. Taste is a sweet berry, vanilla, cinnamon and oak. Finish is medium long of a sweet cinnamon and oak.

Spicy, with ground pepper, some kind of dried herb, and a dry oak at the end. Finish is medium-long, with that herbal note hanging on.... maybe rosemary with slight dill?
