Tastes

Nose: light ethanol with notes of a dainty fruit and butterscotch. Palate: toasted oak, nutty, dark caramel, sweet leather, and that light fruit note. Nose translates pretty well. Long finish.

Nose: graham cracker, blackberry, dark mocha. Palate: PEANUT BUTTER PIE WOW. So peanut buttery with notes of chocolate, sweet baking spice, and toasted oak. Not too complex but the simplicity of it is delicious. Not many different flavors here, but I wouldn’t change a thing. Very desserty.

Nose: ethanol, vanilla, dark molases, and dark cherry. Palate: very oak forward with notes of cherry, sweet vanilla, honey, and cinnamon/baking spice. Very creamy mouthfeel. Kind of reminds me of coke and darker cheerwine. Cherry cobbler. Very long finish.

Nose: sweet cream (almost milky), baking spice, honey. Palate: very sweet and crisp, notes of light honey like a honey suckle, cinnamon, caramel, oak, and a smoky finish. Relatively long finish. Very good.

Nose: peanuts, light caramel, and brown sugar. Palate: peanuts and coke tbh. Peanuty with notes of cinnamon, and sweet honey. Medium finish. Really good stuff.

Nose: deep moslases notes with hints of cinnamon and dark chocolate…soooo sweet. Palate: rich dark chocolate with notes of vanilla, baking spice, caramel, and leather. Short finish but delicious.

Nose: oaky with added notes of herbs, baking spice, and sweet caramel. Palate: oily with notes of cinnamon, pepper, vanilla, brown sugar, burnt caramel, herbs, and oak. Long finish that reminds me of a creamy honey suckle. Drinks well below its proof, very little burn. DELICIOUS.

Nose: incredible nose with notes of cinnamon, honey, toasted oak, and caramel. Literally smells like a cinnamon bagel topped with honey cream cheese smeared on it. Palate: extremely desserty and velvety with notes of cream cheese icing, honey, cinnamon, baking spice, and salted caramel. Very long finish.

Nose: heavy oak, mint, light chocolate, leather, tang, and, vanilla. Palate: very light oil and smooth with notes of heavy oak, vanilla, caramel, butter scotch, pepper, and spice. Medium finish with after taste notes of a dark cherry. Almost tastes old if that makes sense
