Tastes

Nose: cherry, cinnamon, honey suckle. Palate: sweet with honey notes, maple, baking spice, banana, and herbs. Long finish.

Nose: maple, red apple, and sweet leather. Palate: sweet with notes of dark red apple, plum, cashews, and caramel. Buttery mouthfeel finish. Medium to long finish.

Nose: ethanol, cherry, light caramel. Palate: very dainty, sweet, and smooth with notes of watermelon, strawberry, mango, oak, and cinnamon on the finish. Long finish.

Nose: cherry, molases, and dark chocolate. Palate: very hot and rich. Spicy with notes of dark chocolate, charred caramel, oak, and bitter cherry. Verrryyyy long finish. Very mouth numbing, in a great way.

Nose: heavy molases, brown sugar, sweet tabacco. Palate: very rich mouth feel. Very sweet with notes of tabacco, oak, caramel, and brown sugar. Finish has a nice black pepper note. Long finish. GREAT Update: the flavor profile has changed since the last time i tasted this bottle and im not really a fan. I still love the sweetness of it, but theres a new and overpowering cheap tasting alcohol burn on the back end. Also a STRONG black pepper note now, over powering. Not really a fan anymore. Reminds me of when you drink something like a Four Loko, its very sweet and tasty on the intro….but then what follows is bitter and cheap alcohol flavor. No bueno. Though, it was a 4.75 for me last time…this time i would say it’s a 3 maybe. I’ll average those scores for around a 3.75.

Nose: sweet and caramel. Palate: reminds of a snickerdoodle. Very sweet and savory with notes of cinnamon, sugar, and oak. Very smooth.

Nose is heavy ethanol with light caramel. Palate: very light and sweet with notes of honey, vanilla, caramel, and oak. Short finish.

The oak spiral adds so much oak flavor and spice. Like this a lot more than traditional Buffalo Trace. Fun project.

Nose: butterscotch and corn. Palate: high rye spice, corny notes, with caramel and oak. Vanilla on the back end. Medium finish.
