Tastes

Nose: heavy caramel and honey. Palate: very spicy, notes of honey and herbs. Drinks a little hot, a good hot. Slighty above medium finish.

Note: salted caramel, smoke, and chocolate. Palate: semi-sweet chocolate, toasted butterscotch, and vanilla. Medium finish. Surprised how much I liked it

Nose: light and citrusy. Palate: high rye spice, notes of honey and clove. Medium finish.

Nose: vanilla and butterscotch. Palate: heavy vanilla, caramel, and oak. Was definitely expecting the light citrus note I typically get in smoke wagon, but its great. Very creamy mouthfeel.

Nose: dark chocolate and caramel. Palate: spicy, burnt caramel, smoke; short finish. Great stuff

Smoother than I remember, high honey and oak notes

Nose: heavy honey and sweet. Palate: extremely sweet with honey and vanilla notes. Theres also an essence of a lighter fruit, maybe a very sweet lemon? Cant believe its cask strength. Easy sipper.

Nose is caramel. Palate is sweet corn with a very bitter finish.

Nose is heavy caramel, butterscotch, dark chocolate, and nut. Almost smells oily (if that makes sense). Palate is very spicy upfront, I get heavy notes of dark cherry, heavily charred butterscotch, semi-sweet chocolate, and intense oak. Palate is also both oily and creamy. Love this, don’t understand the hate for Jim Bean products. I got the common peanut note on the nose but it’s nowhere to be found on the palate. Drinks lower than it’s proof.
