Reviewed October 6, 2021 (edited April 25, 2022)True this is pushing the limit when it comes to aging rye, but as a rye fan I still think it’s fantastic. Oak, pepper, & baking spices on the nose with molasses, clove and an intense (almost too abrupt) dry finish on the palette. I get why this could be a turn-off for some, but I’m still a fan. -

Reviewed September 26, 2021 (edited July 9, 2022)Was really looking forward to this much hyped tequila but man, it is so darn sweet! I’m having trouble believing this wasn’t sweetened, as heretical as that may sound, because I’m sure a lot of work went into this. Glad others are enjoying, but this is not for me.
