This is my first bottle of Four Roses, and I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised. Simple nose - vanilla, brown sugar, and a hint of cedar. Like the aroma, the flavors are straightforward - toasty buttered waffles with lots of maple syrup. The finish is oaky and sweet with no burn at all. At less than $30.00 a bottle I will definitely keep this around.28.0 USD per BottleValley Wine & Spirits

Larceny Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed October 30, 2022 (edited December 18, 2022)This is my first taste of Larceny and I have to say it is really nice! Butterscotch and banana aromas. Very sweet flavors of maple syrup, a little cinnamon and oak. The woody flavor hangs on at the finish leaving me wanting another sip. This one will definitely be on my list to keep around. -
Jack Daniel's Triple Mash
Blended American Whiskey — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed September 7, 2022 (edited September 14, 2022)It took me a while to find a bottle of this and it is well worth the hunt. On the nose I get a lot of really ripe bananas and pancakes. The flavor is surprising with spice cake, honey, more bananas, and a roasted nut finish. Overall, I'm really liking this one. Hopefully I can pick up another bottle before it sells out.Imbibe Chattanooga-Wine Spirits Beer -
Evan Williams White Label Bottled in Bond Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed July 31, 2022 (edited February 8, 2023)As others have pointed out this bourbon is an absolute steal! Vanilla, brown sugar and cherry aromas with a slight hint of acetone. The flavors start out with honey roasted peanuts and cherries fading into a nice woody cinnamon finish. At around $18.00 for a 750ml bottle you cannot go wrong.Valley Wine & Spirits -
At this point I'm comfortable saying that if the bottle has a Chattanooga Whiskey label on it, it's going to be good. Their rye whiskey is no exception with a sweet, spicy nose and velvety mouth feel. The flavor is peppery, with a hint of chocolate, cherry, vanilla and oak. Another outstanding offering from Chattanooga Whiskey.

Chattanooga Whiskey Bottled in Bond Bourbon (Spring 2018 Vintage)
Bourbon — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed June 15, 2022 (edited June 21, 2022)I didn't get to taste Chattanooga Whiskey's BIB 2017 edition, but I can't imagine it being much better than this. On the nose I'm getting toasty butterscotch and vanilla, with a hint of cinnamon and orange. The flavor for me is really complex with woody sweetness, cherries, and citrus. Overall, it's very smooth with a velvety feel on the tongue and an aftertaste of oak and lime. I absolutely love it!! -
I really wanted to like this one more than I actually did. It starts off just fine on the nose with vanilla and light fruit. Initially, the taste is very close to the aroma with honey and fruit, however, in the end there is a flavor note there that just doesn't sit well with me. The best way I can describe it is meat broth. This is probably an issue with my pallette and not the whiskey, but I just couldn't get past it when drinking it neat. It did mix well, hence the 2.5 stars. I have really enjoyed the other Bushmills varieties that I've tried (with Black Bush being my favorite), so if I can locate a second bottle of this I'll give it another try. Hopefully it will be different the second time around.
