Reviewed December 31, 2019 (edited May 11, 2022)I love hot ryes. Great heat while maintaining smoothness. Great nose. Great Oakeyness with long lasting finish. Mild pleasant bitterness. Soft vanilla and caramel flavors late. -

Reviewed December 6, 2019 (edited December 25, 2019)This continues to be one of my favorites. I luckily found a bottle early on in trying out whiskey. Great early and consistent heat. Burnt caramel and vanilla early on. Finish with burnt marshmallow. Wonderfully smooth. Now I need to find another bottle -

Reviewed November 3, 2019 (edited November 25, 2019)Pretty mild flavor, but in a good way. Not a big peat fan, so it being tame works for me. Very sweet and pretty smooth. Nice smoke flavor on the tail end. -
Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Añejo

Reviewed October 4, 2019 (edited April 29, 2020)I’m not much of a tequila guy and I heard anejo was the way to go. I’m a little disappointed though. Pretty smooth and a little Smokey. Can taste ash and botanical as well.
