Smooth and sweet. Nice vanilla and cinnamon throughout. Light smoke early. Floral fragrance. Overall, I tried this on a whim and was very delighted and surprised.

Pretty mild flavor, but in a good way. Not a big peat fan, so it being tame works for me. Very sweet and pretty smooth. Nice smoke flavor on the tail end.

I’m not much of a tequila guy and I heard anejo was the way to go. I’m a little disappointed though. Pretty smooth and a little Smokey. Can taste ash and botanical as well.

Love the heat in this rye. Surprisingly smooth for a barrel strength. Caramel upfront and some late licorice and vanilla. Back of tongue gets molasses/burnt caramel flavors. Big fan!

Milder in flavor and warmth. There is a good amount of oak and smoke with a little more of a bitter finish.

Great bourbon with a ton of depth and flavor. I get a lot of cinnamon/red hot throughout! Vanilla notes that linger. Great heat. I Iove this bourbon and wish I could keep it stockpiled.

Better with ice. It is very smooth, but I’m not much of a peat guy. More than what I would expect from a whiskey. A little woody and late warmth.

Late warmth, but otherwise very smooth. Lots of coffee flavor and some chocolate. Flavor is pretty subtle overall, especially upfront. This is the 3rd batch and I love the Indiana roots. High hopes for this rye.
