Nice nose, with nice sweet and spices to finish. I like the oak!! Good stuff! Not a normal everyday bourbon. I’m a fan.

My first blended bourbon. At first opening was unsure. You have to let this settle. Once it’s aired, this is delicious. Smooth yet finishes warm. Good stuff. Even at the higher end price, it’s worth it.

Never really had much JD. I really like this one! Pleasant nose and very smooth with a good finish. I’ll keep a bottle of this one around. The SB Barrel proof even better! Good stuff!

"Batch C918. 131 proof with strong alcohol nose. Even after airing it for 15 minutes still couldn’t get anything, which is disappointing. Taste was hot yet smooth. With water added it is very nice. Nice “thick” bourbon with slight sweetness and certainly rye heat. Hoping now that it’s been opened I’ll get some better nose. Great tasting stuff otherwise.

Coming from the mindset historically of a bourbon or scotch drinker. This was a welcomed change with a long soft finish. Very smooth with a fruity quality.

Good stuff! Very bright nose with a smooth to the palate light flavor. I get the green apples and some citrus. Fruity and pleasant. I’m sold! This is a keeper. I prefer a little more finish and I missed the Kentucky Hug. Good whiskey flavors all the same. Very good sipping whiskey when looking for something lighter especially when drinking neat.
