W.B. Saffell Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed September 21, 2020 (edited November 29, 2021)Nice pour from 375 ml. bottle. Batch No.1. Lots of maple nut and vanilla on the nose. Drank neat at 107 proof. Very smooth with a slight burn on the finish. Caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, oak, and tobacco come trough on the taste profile. Just enough sweetness with some bitterness at the end. Very good pour! -

Dalwhinnie Winter's Frost (Game of Thrones-House Stark)
Single Malt — Highlands, Scotland
Reviewed June 12, 2020A very mild sweet scotch with a slight burn on the finish. Notes of apples, pear, green grass and vanilla. Easy sipper. On the packaging it says Naturally it’s best served chilled or over ice. I drank it neat. I’m afraid you would loose the taste served over ice. -
