Tastes

The Christmas flavours really shine through in the cinnamon and star anise with other spice notes as well. This would be easy to drink neat and is great in cocktails to add a hit of flavour.

The gin and Shiraz tastes both clearly shine through and create complexity yet compliment each other. The wine adds a deep rich plum flavour to the floral, juniper notes in the gin.

More of a floral and herbal note than regular Beefeater and that comes through really well drinking on the rocks or with tonic (especially FeverTree!). The scent really comes through with citrusy tones and it’s overall a very refreshing drink.
