The nose of the bourbon is sweet and dominated by a sugary vanilla scent. There are distinct notes of dark cherries and allspice as well. On the tongue, the drink is sweet and spicy with a pleasant bite to the vanilla flavor. if held on the palate, one is rewarded by a marvelous aftertaste of sweet fruits. Very good neat, likely a good bourbon for mixing as well.25.0 USD per Bottle

Jack Daniel's Old No. 7
Tennessee Whiskey — Tennessee, USA
Reviewed February 23, 2019 (edited March 4, 2019)The nose of the drink is fruity with strong notes of vanilla and just a hint of charcoal. The drink itself is wonderfully mellow. The vanilla flavor is present, but not overpowering, with a light flavor of fruits (perhaps pear or plum?). There is a bit of charcoal flavor in the drink from the mellowing process, which comes out strongest in the aftertaste. The drink leaves a pleasant warmth in the chest, not as strong as a bourbon or rye, but noticable. -
The drink features a heavy scent of sweet honey and a woody character from the oak barrels the drink is aged in. The flavor is sweet and smooth with a somewhat oily finish. It is definitely a honey liqueur, too sweet to be enjoyed neat. May be excellent mixed or in a whiskey toddy. Need to try.18.0 USD per Bottle

Bushmills 10 Year Single Malt
Single Malt — Ireland
Reviewed January 18, 2019 (edited January 26, 2019)Not much in the way of a nose with this whiskey. The flavor is sweet and smooth with a light floral flavor. Excellent for a smooth and mellow drink, perfect for a nip after work. Best enjoyed neat, would not adulterate the drink by mixing it. -
The nose of the drink features heavy scents of vanilla and toffee. This gives way to a whiff of brown sugar. The flavor profile is largely sweet vanilla with hints of oak and spice. The drink rests well on the palate, leaving a pleasant warmth when swallowed. Excellent neat, but may be enjoyed on the rocks or in a cocktail for a mellow taste.
