Finish - baking spices open up with medium to long finish. Very pleasant bourbon to sip on. No one note juts out, but a well balanced medium to full bodied bourbon. -

Reviewed March 11, 2021 (edited August 4, 2022)Ohio State Pick Barrel 27805, 119.6 proof 6 year age statement Nose - caramel, apple pie and cinnamon Body - very bold and spicy at first, then apple, oak, tobacco, baking spices, opens up to some floral notes at the end, sweet but can easily tell this is a high rye mashbill Finish - moderate to long, warm and pleasant Exceptional value for a $50 bourbon. Assuming the store is good at making picks, this is a fantastic one to sip on.50.0 USD per Bottle -
