Cinnamon and barrel notes on the nose. Spice leads up front. Mild vanilla and brown sugar before the spice returns for a loooonngg finish. Heavy mouth feel. Enjoyable but a bit more spice than I like.

Not whiskey. Not peachy. Meh. 90/100?!?! Really?!?! No way this rates higher than Buffalo Trace! C'mon, @Distiller!!!

Subdued smoke on the nose with more wood notes than the flagship 10 year (weird, right?!). Med/heavy in the mouth, but solid balance between smoke and Sherry influences, smooth with a bit of heat. The finish goes on...and on... Bought this bottle to toast the birth of my boy almost 3 years ago...and it keeps delivering! (No pun intended)

Malty an sweet this time around. Almost chocolate candy or malted milk balls and a whiff of Sherry fruit! Maybe the Guinness pairing deserves all the credit?

Malty, scotch influence. Sweat, fruity, mild oak/vanilla. Finishes long and sweet...almost like a fruit snack. Interesting, yet extremely enjoyable!

It tames the heat of the high proof, brings the barrel notes to center stage, and helps elevate the sweetness to a top notch example of what all bourbons should be! Sweet and extremely enjoyable...allowing the art behind its creation to truly be enjoyed and appreciated!!!

Solid scotch at a great value! The nose screams Sherry aging, but none is listed on the bottle! Full body, solid balance of malt, fruity, oak, and mild peat, slightly sweet. The non-chill filter is an awesome effect! Heavy and full flavor! Almost tastes like the best aspects of Glenlivet, Macallan, and Balvenie hooked up to create this single malt! This easily drinks like it should cost at least $20 more than I paid!
