The nose has elements of sweet wine, dark fruits, and malt. This is a very grain-forward whisky with sweet fruity notes. A good mixer.

This is very earthy on the nose, like a forest floor near a bog. One of the most unique aromas we have tried in a whiskey. The mouth is full of baking spices, like cloves and nutmeg, along with black pepper. Great stuff for sure and quite special.

This is a sweet and fruity smelling bourbon with notes of orange, raspberry, cherry, and vanilla. This is very corn-forward on the tongue with a floral sweetness and an oaky backbone.

There are strong aromas of wheat, vanilla, and caramel. On the tongue, it hints at powerful flavor but it is more of a medium bodied bourbon. It has a wheat-forward profile with notes of baking spices and vanilla.

The nose is grain-forward with notes of corn chips, rye, orange extract, and cherry. This is a little spicy for the proof and tastes young. It is oaky and a little bitter with a short finish.

This has strong orange and almond aromas. Very interesting. The taste is more grain-forward with notes of oak, vanilla, and orange peel. Not a super sweet bourbon.

There are citrus aromas like lemon and orange blossom along with green apples and honey. This dram is oily and extremely full on the tongue with notes of toffee, green apple, honey, chestnut, and resin.

There are notes of peat, smoke, cured meats, and vanilla on the nose. On the tongue, there are initially notes of ash and smoke, followed by sweet notes of dark fruits and baking spices, then back to campfire smoke on the finish.
