Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited July 28, 2021)This reminds of mint chocolate peppermint bark on the nose. It has a malty and spicy quality with the rye coming through. It is full on the tongue with caramel and oak and a menthol finish. -

Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited November 25, 2020)Sherry, peat, and varnish are some of the aromas. Peat encircles the other flavors like vanilla, caramel, and oak almost like a peated bourbon. This is very complex. -

Reviewed September 13, 2020The nose is full of oak and sherry, which portrays the aging process, with a powerful sweet strawberry note and the classic Laphroaig brine. Charred oak is strong on the tongue with notes of sherry and semi-sweet baking chocolate which is especially strong on the finish. -

The orange continues strongly on the tongue with chocolate, oak, vanilla, and toffee. Picture an ancient wooden table freshly cleaned with Orange Pledge. That’s what it tastes like in the best way possible. Super unique! -

Reviewed September 9, 2020 (edited October 28, 2020)The nose has notes of spicy caramel, orange, vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon. This has a very full mouth feel. On the tongue, slightly burnt caramel, orange peel, and oak are in the forefront and the finish has cinnamon and vanilla.
