    The nose is a spicy vanilla bomb with a strong woody undertone. The flavor is egg nog and vanilla. It is like drinking the holidays. This is about as close to an after-dinner liqueur as scotch can get. It is extremely enjoyable to drink.

    The nose of this scotch is filled with sweet sherry and has strong oak and mineral undertones. It is creamy and silky on the tongue with flavors of sweet dark fruits, like dates, a warming spice, and just a touch of tannic bitterness to rein in the sweetness. The finish is woody with a warming spice.

    There is a lot of agave freshness on the nose with orange blossom, salt, oak, and vanilla. There is a burst of orange, lime, salt, and agave on the tongue with a mouth feel that is rich and decadent. The finish is oaky with a touch of spice.

    There are aromas of a light smokey sweetness and a fresh tropical salt breeze, like being on the beach. There is a salty freshness on the tongue with flavors of fresh sweet agave and citrus, like tangerines, with a light floral note. A very nice sipping tequila.

    There are strong aromas of dark fruits, like figs and raisins, along with molasses and vanilla. On the tongue, there is the distinct flavor of candied orange peel with bright cinnamon and dark caramel. An oily mouth feel leads to a dry, warm finish filled with spices. This is great stuff.

    The nose is almost exactly what you would expect - agave and peat in a very unique pairing with a briny undertone. The taste just works - it adds just enough smoky peat to complement the freshness of the agave and creates a very unique profile. If you like scotch, this just might be the tequila to try.

    The nose has burnt sugar, vanilla, and a touch of coconut. Burnt sugar hits you right away on the tongue with butterscotch. This is a little firey for the proof with a light mouth feel. There is a slightly bitter finish. This is good for sipping gently.

    The nose is very sweet, reminiscent of raisins, figgy pudding, and port wine. The sherry casks come through in the palate with raisins, toffee, and an overlying sweetness and smoothness. A very interesting and unique whiskey.

    There is a rum-like quality to the nose with vanilla and tropical fruits. The mouth feel is smooth and slightly oily, with a more mild taste similar to the nose, with vanilla and tropical fruits. The finish is medium and pleasant with a touch of spice.

    The nose is sweet and earthy, with oak and a slight medicinal quality. The palate is sweet with strong baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg and an oak backbone. It is warm and spicy and gives an excellent mouth tingle. There is also an underlying citrus-like freshness. Excellent.
