Immediately you’re hit with strong notes of peat, hickory smoke, rubber, oak, and black currants. It tastes like riding on a motorcycle after a rainstorm in the best way possible. There are notes of damp moss, burnt rubber, peat, smoke, and an earthy sweetness. This is ridiculously interesting and incredible.

The nose is corn-forward with notes of pickle brine and the funk of newly expired oranges. The tongue is full of corn, baking spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, and brown sugar.

The nose is very traditional for Tennessee whiskey with corn, maple, oak, vanilla, and baking spices. On the tongue, however, this is full bodied and oily with brown sugar, maple syrup, baking spices, and vanilla.

There is maple syrup on the nose, but it is far from overpowering, and you get vanila, caramel, baking spices, dark fruits, and oak shining through. The name absolutely fits. It is decadent with maple syrup coming through in waves along with vanilla and oak. This is the perfect dessert whiskey.

There are notes of peat, vanilla, green apple, and brine on the nose. Vanilla and caramel are on the forefront of the tongue betraying the bourbon cask aging along with orange and a wisp of smoke on the finish.

This smells just like that oatmeal bath you took as a kid when you got chicken pox AKA OATS. The oats are also heavy on the tongue with some spice and other grain notes. If you eat oatmeal for breakfast every day, you might really like it.

The nose is mild with maple, oak, and spice. The palate is sweet and maple-forward. It is a touch spicy for the proof, but it is velvety smooth and an easy drinker. This is the quintessential porch whiskey.

There are aromas of scorched cinnamon sticks and oak with a light tar undertone. The palate has a strong honey flavor with lighter wood tones. Extremely mellow and easy to drink.

This is a monster of a dram. Baking spices, caramel, and oak are some of the main aromas. There is a lot of vanilla on the tongue with the spiciness and heat that portray the proof with an interesting note of tropical fruits like papaya in the background.
