Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited January 14, 2021)Sherry, toffee, rotting fruit, and roses are key aromas of this dram. It is sweet vanilla initially on the tongue which fades to herbal bitterness on the finish. It also has notes of delicate sweet spices and oak. This is not an overly complex scotch but it’s enjoyable to drink. -

Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited August 13, 2021)The nose is delicate on this rum with notes of strawberry, cherry, and meringue. This is a sweet pour with a caramel and flan forward silky feel. -

Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited December 3, 2021)Green apple, ripe banana, rubber, and caramel are some of the aromas. Passion fruit, apricot, banana, baking spices, caramel, and toffee dance on the tongue with a warming spicy mouth feel. -

Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited September 24, 2020)Oak greets you immediately on the nose with vanilla afterwards. This is one spicy mama. The palate is a mix of oak and warm caramel. It is just so rich. -

Reviewed September 13, 2020 (edited October 2, 2020)This is a peaty, low-tide smelling dram. On the tongue, it has strong notes of peat smoke, charcoal, salt, and a tingling coolness and sweetness.
