★★★★★ A third steamship Dear diary.... OMG! A whiskey exactly made for me. He doesn't need much to get a perfect score. Probably its shy spicy side that didn't give me the last shiver I expected. There is everything in this whisky that makes it an exceptional product. I wish I could get my hands on a bottle one of these days...

★★★★ A second steamship For the second steamship, we find the aged whiskey in bourbon casks. I still don't understand why we didn't start with this one. Softer, less spicy. More delicate, less full-bodied. Unless I didn't understand something...Still, it'a very good!

★★★★★ A first steamship I start a tasting of the 3 steamships of Bushmills before going on our tour. Oh, that's good! I'm starting to think about bringing back more bottles than the law requires. However, I will change my mind when I'll see the price. It is fruity, spicy, chocolate and legendary sweet. Totally within my taste.

Nous entrons dans mon monde fruité et épicé comme on les aime. La présence subtile du porto donne une touche très agréable à ce produit exclusif. Bien fait!

★★★½ Le démon blond En ce soir de scotch improvisé alors que mon terrassement avance bien, j'ai eu le plaisir de découvrir ce whisky canadien bourbon style fait à 100% de maïs. Une chaleur épicée vient rapidement nous enivrer dans un maelstrom électrisant. Exactement la même sensation que j'avais lorsque j'admirais Guy transporter la rondelle. Guy! Guy! Guy!

There is everything in this bottle, it is exactly like these Scottish islands constantly threatened by the inexhaustible intensity of the powerful waves. The first feeling that comes to shake you up and this comforting heat and so look for after a long cold and wet day spent working tirelessly outside. An unnamed weight is coming off your shoulders and you know that you are enjoying life at this very moment.

★★★★ Bowmore Vertical 1 of 7 On this chilly Saturday, we are sitting well at the Nelligan pub for a Bowmore vertical. 7 products, including 5 that I had never tasted before. The first two are classics that I tasted a few years ago and brought back from Scotland for my brother who loves Bowmore and who is accompanying me in this epic tasting. This whisky is an excellent compromise between Islay peat and the rest of the world

★★★★★ Bowmore Vertical 7 of 7 It is the oldest whisky of the day and it has aged in a port barrel, all to please me. Unfortunately, it's an instant love at first sight and at $740 a bottle, it's a bit the same feeling I have when I admire Kate Upton, an inaccessible dream. But in life, it's good to dream and at least I had the chance to dip my lips in this nectar of the gods and I can't say the same with the beautiful Kate. Who knows, maybe one day!

I have the impression that Merlin himself used his magic to make this whisky almost perfect. I like these tastings which allow us to taste products that we would never be able to afford to drink.
