Nose: cherry bomb, oak, wheat and a hint of vanilla. Taste: lots of cherry, caramel and pepper. Finish: cherry hits you right off the bat and this turns into an oily feel on the pallet, which transitions into oak and caramel on the back end.

Nose: cola, vanilla and sweet oak. Taste: vanilla, light sweet cream and cherry oak. Finish: you get hit with initial sweetness right up front. This transitions to a hint of cherry with spice on the back end.

Nose: oak, vanilla and cinnamon. Taste: orange, creamy vanilla and all spice. Finish: buttery up front with a spicy backend.

Nose: ethanol, very light sweet oak and brown sugar. Taste: very light sweet oak, vanilla and light pepper. Finish: watery mouth feel that leaves a sweet finish that transitions into a light pepper. This is a value bourbon that’s not harsh at all.

Nose: oak, vanilla and ethanol. Taste: hint of vanilla, sweet oak and all spice. Finish: vanilla up front with a hint of sweet oak that transitions into a slight peppery burn.

Nose: sweet oak, honey, and cola. Taste: cinnamon, sweet oak, hint of vanilla and dark fruit. Finish: nice oily feel that transitions into a very short finish. Does leave a hint of vanilla on the backend and the smallest burn.

Nose: peat, hint of vanilla and smoke. Taste: oak, peat, spice and very slight hint of vanilla. Finish: lite simmer that transitions into vanilla on the backend. To me the hint of vanilla sticks around, along with a hint of smoke.

Nose: apple, figs and honey. Taste: apple, oak, grains and sherry. Finish: no burn, small amount of lingering sherry that turns into cream. I enjoy that this bottle has no burn. It lets you enjoy the finish a little bit more.

Nose: vanilla, cherries, cereals and apple. Taste: creamy cereal, oak and apple. Finish: the creaminess lingers with a hint of cherries and oak. no burn at all. The creaminess on the finish stands out the most to me on this bottle.

Nose: light vanilla, sweet oak and honey. Taste: vanilla, light allspice and honey. Finish: great oily feel that lingers a bit.
