Basically over priced bullet. Save your money, go to Costco and buy bullet. Nothing stood out about this whiskey and for the $50 price tag I would ever buy again. So many better bourbons for cheaper.

Huge fan of this whisky and its among some of my favorites. The smokey aroma that hits the nose right away let’s you know you’re in for a treat. Reminds me of the beachside campfires we do every year, that salty air and smoke from the bonfires... oh the memories. Anyway, the smoke and peat don’t overpower it because it has complexity to it. Leaves plenty of room for interpretation of the drinker, try a bottle for sure!

Definitely a huge fan of this bottle. We get it for $58 at the store near me and it’s through and through a great pour. Easy to drink, has some sweet smoked spice to it. Really enjoyed.

Again, a great easy drink. A bit oily and leaves it on the lips after a sip. Great flavor and love the peat. Found at Trader Joe’s for $42 a bottle and totally worth it.

The bourbon is spicy and has some heat. Worth trying one time but I’d never keep paying over $50 for this. I think Wild Turkey 101 is sub $40 and just as good as the rare breed. Save the cash and stick with 101 if you’re a Wild Turkey fan.

Was pretty pleased with this bourbon, has excellent flavor. However for a $44 price tag I had to ding it down a little. I’ve had some better sub $40 bottles. Well balanced bourbon and worth a try but not sure if I’d keep this continuously stocked in the home bar.

I’m factoring price into my rating, because at Costco I paid $43 for this bottle. It is a great everyday drinker for that price tag. Rich vanilla flavor and worth it to keep around for $43.

100% worth the $79 price tag we paid. Tasted like Carmel apple pops but wasn’t sweet just had the flavor.

What a great smelling whiskey, the nose on this was incredible. We did a review on this @thewhiskeyboyspodcast and couldn’t be happier with the nose. The flavors were impressive and easy on the palate, I felt like I was getting a pumpkin spice cake flavor that was finished with a floral and fruity undertone. Worth the price. Would buy again.

It’s a solid scotch. Nothing really sticks out about this and it is a good middle of the road scotch. I was excited for it but was let down because it was so simple. I’d definitely have another glass if someone brought a bottle to my house but I wouldn’t stock my home whiskey bar with it.
