This drinks really easy. This is not a wheated bourbon. Very different animal. Light honey notes. It’s good for what it is. Does not have the depth of a bourbon.

This is good. Smells like sweet tea. You get the sweet salty bourbon notes I love in Jefferson’s with some rye spice. Just a little tea notes in the palate. This is a buy.

This drinks real easy. It tastes like summer. Very sweet lemongrass and honey. Smells like it tastes. Sign of good things to come from this distillery.

This is very “rye”. Not a lot of complexity. If you want something that it is quintessential rye, get it. You will like the green pickle notes. Seems like this would be better in a few more years in the barrel.

This is decent. Good for the price point. The mash bill seems to be part bourbon and part rye. Not much on the nose. It has a bittersweet palate on the front with a long spicy finish. Great to have on hand for cocktails but decent enough to drink neat.

Has a very bourbon like nose. The palate starts with a sweet caramel notes and then goes into a spicy peppery rye finish. This is a good cross over rye for bourbon drinkers. Good stuff.
