    Deep sweet barley toffee aroma. Powerful, old , woody. Flavor is rich and fiery, plenty of proof and wood with spice, subtle sweetness. On the tail the sweetness shows up more, I get peach or apricot. Tail lasts forever, excellently balanced richness.

    Sweet sharp aroma, something fruity or agave. Strong sweet flavor and proof to start, but then melts into a mezcal or tequila flavor. Sour and sharp, lemon or the kiwi. Spicy tail, plenty rich, but a super strange combination of flavors. Sourness carries into the tail.

    Spicy grain aroma, hard to place. Vanilla caramel sweetness, but spice the dominant flavor. Cinnamon mostly, rye and oak. Medium body but the rye spice tail lingers well.

    Dark wood and peat aroma, rich and complex. Deep rich flavors on the tongue, peat is strong but excellent balance between salt and oak. Very oily and creamy, love the salt and smoke. Magnificent.

    Musty aroma, I can't place what it is. Maybe yeast? Or sourdough ? Flavor is much better than the smell, rum sweetness and sugar cane, excellent richness, excellent burn, everything blends very nicely. Long creamy tail, this is excellent.

    Lots of wine on the nose, sharp and a little sour. Flavor is all spice though, cinnamon and proof going wild together. Wine flavor still kind of there, sourness gone. Intense.

    Dark toffee aroma, maybe some coffee as well. Initial sweetness hit, maple syrup, quickly replaced by a huge burn from the proof. There are spice and wood flavors that carry it though, they actually work rather well together. It's dark and fiery, enjoyable, but a bit too strong. Proofed down could be even better.

    Super dark fuirty aroma , smells like plum or umeshu. Tons of wood and spice on the tongue though, that same plum sweetness is there but balanced with lots of others. Wood is dominant, medium to heavy richness, long spicy tail. Excellent.

    Smells wonderful, deep toffee molasses, with meyhe some medicinal/iodine. Flavor is immediately sweet, a rich sugary maple syrup kind of flavor, riding on a medium to rich body. Wood and burn on the tail, interesting combo. The sweetness is almost too sweet, very apparent, but the way the flavor changes is excellent.

    Strong sweet caramel smell. Fruity sweet flavor, very rich and creamy. Melts into a wood spice tail, heavy oak. Richness carries it for a while. Quite good, I think it would be excellent for dessert. Tastes well crafted.
