    Woody almost musty aroma. But not in a bad way. Probably some sort of spice I can't place. Little flavor on the tongue at first but it then builds into a sweet wood flavor. Medium to rich body, tail keeps that wood flavor. Honey and toffee.

    Strange unpleasant aroma. Pretty sweet taste, almond and honey, then a weird sour tail that I really don't care for. Rich with a nice tail, and tastes like a quality whiskey, but that sour tail ruins it for me.

    Vanilla and alcohol on the nose. Classic bourbon flavors on the tongue. Caramel vanilla sweetness, plenty rich. Fiery tail is as much alcohol burn as it is spice but overall it's the kind of sweet liquid fire I love.

    Dark cloying sweet aroma. Very light spice flavor on the tail, medium rich, and corn flavor, not just corn sweetness. Touch of caramel too, a good blend of flavors.

    Slight rye aroma. Flavor is very light, gives me sherry notes. Bit of a winey tail. Very reminiscent of a blended scotch.

    Rye spice aroma but with a buttery sweetness too. Maybe butterscotch? Agave? Super light thin body, rye flavor dominates everything, maybe some banana bread tastes. Needs a bit more body.

    Dark molasses aroma smells absolutely awesome. Same mesquite smoke as Engine #3 but the sweetness gets destroyed by the alcohol burn. Still good, very strong. Love the fire and spice, but loses the balance the other expression has.

    Sweeter than you'd expect from 125. Excellent balance of sweet and smoke. Richness balances the proof. Huge alcohol kick but with the smoke I love it. The local pear gives more of a mesquite flavor than what you'd expect from a smoky scotch. Love this.

    Sweet vanilla smell. Light flavor, reminiscent of Irish, but spicier on the tail than I would have expected. Medium body, medium tail, perfectly balanced. Like it the more I drink it.

    Dark spicy aroma, barley and spice forward with sweetness on the tail. Pretty thin body, great for the price.
