Dark oak aroma, deep wood flavor most dominant with some mild spice. Excellent combo with the proof, and perhaps a bit of salt as well? Well crafted.

Heavy oak on the nose, and I feel like some grain buried in there too. Heavy abv hit on first taste, the wood is there but atop a deep sugar sweetness. They go together well but the burn is front and center. Good, not too interesting. A quintessential single barrel.

Strong mesquite barbeque smell, sweet and smoky. Taste isn't quite as good as it smells, but it's still good. It tastes just like barbeque, medium tail with the bbq sweetness morphing into a smoke. Bit of a one trick pony but points for uniqueness.

Very light color, with a super sweet aroma, maybe like white wine? Flavor is incredibly spicy, there's a big clash between the heavy deep spice and light sweet fruit flavors. The contrast is cool, but the abv is a little too high to make it as enjoyable as it could be.

Dark complex aroma, pla touch of sweet, probably the red wine. Tastes absolutely fantastic, tons of pepper spice and caramel sweetness. It tastes much more like a bourbon to me than a scotch, fairly rich, creaminess accentuates the sweetness. Abv a touch high bit still quite enjoyable

Dark caramel and burn on the nose. Fiery oak on the pallete, good burn but just a hair too thin. Would've loved some more richness. Some vanilla sweetness carries on to the tail with the wood, the proof helps it tingle for a while. Mostly oak flavor, not unpleasant.

Super interesting aroma, reminds be of baking spices, gingerbread, clove. Like a kitchen on Christmas. Some cinnamon spice on the tongue, medium to full richness, with a long creamy tail. I would love this on a cold snowy night. Burn compliments the tail and richness well. The same nutty spice flavors linger through the tail with some chocolate. Absolutely love it

Mostly barley on the nose, pretty strong aroma. Quite thin, but pairs just fine with the flavors. Light almost honey sweetness with barely flavors as well. Light but flavorful. Medium body, surprised it doesn't burn so much given the proof. Well balanced.

Barley and cereal grains on the nose. Gentle sweetness on the tongue, far less spicy than the flagship whiskey. Medium body, light sweetness that tastes like maybe corn even though it's a single malt. Mellow and well balanced.

Gentle spice aroma with some sweetness. Rich and spicy on the tongue, lots of pepper riding the tail with some burn. Tastes higher proof than it is, but in a good way.
