Tastes

Smoke and brine aroma dominate but vanilla presents itself as you get closer. Taste is sweet and includes a nice bite. Overall it's super well balanced and is just excellent.

Vanilla smoke aroma with plenty of sweet characteristics. Initial taste fills mouth with pepper or chili peppers like flavor. Generally sweet, little smoke taste except aftertaste. Short finish.

Aroma similar to a blended whiskey, not very complex or impressive. Aroma is sweet and has hints of honey. Taste has hint of oak. Ininiat sip was slightly aggressive and had a burn but gets better with next sips. Leaves an undesirable aftertaste. Good for a value whiskey.

Sweet aroma, taste of slight sting and overall a hint of smoke that is well balanced with sweet. Low to medium finish.

Aroma of light leather and peat. Great mouth feel. Sweet taste and quick to medium finish. Slight smokey taste.

Sweet slight smoke aroma with hints of apple and pear, sometimes you get some darker brown sugar fruit like dates. Taste has initial alcohol bite which you would expect a hurn to follow but it is amazingly smooth as a surprise. Taste is primarily of pear fruit and overall sweet. Great medium finish with a finish of light smoke, that translates to a brown sugar. Overall very complex and well done.

Initial aroma of strong leather with hint of slight sweetness. Initial taste intense spicy flavor. Hints of vanilla taste aroma sligthly rum esque with sweetness. Medium finish.

Slight peat aroma with sweetness. Taste is okay with a slightly underdesirable initial and long lasting sweetness. Spice remains on the palate with little peat presented.
