Finishing my bottle, overal a good decent sherried Scotch. This would be great if the ABV was a little higher, 43-46%. It has all your classic dried fruit notes with some spices like cinnamon and clove. The finish is short to medium. Cheers !

Wow, this is blowing me away at the moment, amazing flavor profile. A sweet nose with orange and citrus notes , again sweet on the palate and then followed by a huge hit of baking spices on the amazing finish. Unlike anything I have ever tried, amazing!! Cheers friends, well worth picking up this one!

Myy 100th taste, HOORAY :p!! Solid as you would expect from Knob Creek. This has a great dark amber colour, pretty complex sweet nose with orange peel and baking spices. It's full and rich on the palate, black pepper, cinnamon, salted caramel, all lovely. The finish is spicy and medium long. Solid 4 stars for me, cheers!

First dram from my bottle, sea breeze on the nose, peat, tar and sea salt on the palate, also a hint of bacon. Medium finish. First impression is great!

Definitely improved after just one week, or maybe it's my palate :p. I'm liking my 2nd dram much more than my 1st. The nose is really Canadian, there's something unique about it, hard to discribe. I really get the rye flavors this time on the palate which id lovely. Let's see how this bottle will develop over time!

My first port finished whisky and I'm not dissapointed at all! Very fruity like a sherry, much darker and riper fruits though. It's also sweet but not overpowering. Very solid pour, cheers!

Hard to beat for the price! Packs a nice punch but is still smooth and easy to sip. Cinnamon, Vanilla, oak and mint on the palate, lovely. The finish is short which is the only downside to this dram. Still 4 stars overal! Cheers

Found this a little underwhelming, I had high hopes for this one after tasting the four grain. No real remarkable flavors, inoffensive in a way. Lets hope my bottle will improve, this was only the first dram.

Talking about bang for your buck! Full bodied and flavoured, lovely spiciness. This makes a great daily dram when you want something with a little bit more bite after a good craft beer.

Having the 1st dram of this from my bottle and I must say this is amazing! 60.3% ABV, no alcohol burn at all. A mouth full of dark fruits, it reminds me of forest fruit jam, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. Great sherry flavours with a nice spicy bite to it, I can keep sipping this all night. Cheers my fellow addicts!
