Reviewed October 1, 2022 (edited May 14, 2023)First uncorking 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Pale hay, light sunlight flecks, short legs; 👃: Strong tequila agave smell, sugar cubes, vanilla, not too much nuance; 👅: Starts off with sugary goodness then lends its taste to the Reposado (tastes just like it), not too much nuance, a little dill pickle, citrus, baking soda at the back end; 🏁: Very short finish with some hints of vanilla, a simplistic end to what should have been a great dram, a bit disappointing, Reposado would have been just the same.Total Wine & More -

Reviewed September 5, 2022 (edited December 23, 2022)Uncorking 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Dark mahogany with a little sunset, some ocher, whiskey definitely passes the legs test (sticks to the Glencairn walls); 👃: Ooh some melted and burnt caramel notes, strong ethanol burns my nose hairs, cherries, possibly cherry coke, root beer tingles, oak and vanilla are there but not at the forefront; 👅: Fizzy cola, caramel continues into the palate, the oak comes out and you taste it, vanilla also, a little kettle corn at the end; 🏁: Short finish, short but beautiful, definitely a good one.82.99 USD per BottleCostco Wholesale -

Reviewed September 3, 2022Uncorking 🍾 👀: Pale dull hay; 👃: Vegetal typical tequila notes, sweet vanilla, sugar cubes, a slight whiff of ethanol; 👅: Hits of pepper at the outset, oaky notes, vinegary; 🏁: Very short finish, doesn't linger, sweet notes at the very end, beautiful. -
Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Very pale like a white wine with a bit more legs; 👃: The typical vegetal tequila smell, with whiffs of sugar cubes, a little vanilla bean, oak on the back end, the alcohol burns your nose like vinegar; 👅: Some intense sweetness at the front along with a little tartness, that vinegar carries through, white pepper notes; 🏁: There's a little lingering bitterness at the end that stays quite a bit, there's some oak, not too complex or nuanced, pretty simple but does its job.

Reviewed August 3, 2022 (edited September 16, 2022)⌚: First uncorking 🍾 Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Whoa that's some deep, deep copper!, lovely shades of dark wood mahogany, legs are thin but stick to the walls; 👃: Oaky notes, cherry hard candy, dark chocolate and malt marshmallow roasted on an open 🔥, a little candy corn whiff at the end, vanilla shortbread; 👅: Very subtle with hardly any alcohol hits, you taste flavor instead, cherry cola bites, oak tannins, butterscotch hard candy, more vanilla from the barrels; 🏁: Subtle hints of campfire at the front end and marshmallow at the back, taste doesn't linger too much, this is beautiful!54.99 USD per BottleBevMo! -
