Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Deep copper, ocher hues, legs stick to the walls (sugar walls 😉); 👃: Got a little dusty book smell in there, a little cola, some bakery, cocoa powder, Grandma's warm apple pie (disclaimer: my grandma never baked pie); 👅: Wow the oiliness!, deep bodied, creamy and cool, only a little heat is detected, buttery; 🏁: What a beautiful finish, all that's left is the creaminess of cream soda, can almost taste fatty deposits, BEAUTIFUL FINISH.

CAN I GIVE THIS MORE THAN 5 STARS?! Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Light copper ocher with light bubbles on the sides, walls are thick and solid that do not coalesce into legs; 👃: At first scent, you get hit with a lot of the typical spearmint and dill that accompany typical rye, definitely can smell some sweet maple syrup in there (very viscous at that), a little freshly cracked pepper, baking spices; 👅: Very oily, thick and creamy, do I taste BANANAS FOSTER and maybe a little marzipan?!, loads of maple syrup down the gullet, can taste the Caribbean rum most definitely, nothing but sweetness; 🏁: Extremely long tasty finish but once it's gone it's astringent, this has got one of the most beautiful finishes I've ever had!!!

Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Dark Amber with thick legs; 👃: Butterscotch caramel scents with whiffs of toffee, warm out of the oven scents, a little pepper; 👅: Intense peppery notes, smoothness abounds, sugary sweetness with a little oak; 🏁: Short finish so you don't have to clean your palate too much, you're left with sweetness, beautiful.

Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Dark Amber with burnt orange, legs stick to the walls and leave the top edges intact while the rest fall to the bottom; 👃: Mature grapes and spices intermingle in holy matrimony, can smell the heat emanating from within, sweetness lingers at the end; 👅: Heat hits you like a ton of bricks, peppery like habanero, baking spices, sugar cubes at the very end; 🏁: Quick finish, doesn't linger, heat dissipates so you can switch up if you prefer.

Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Pale copper notes, substantial legs that stick to the walls; 👃: Baking spices and tannins that linger on the nose, berries, a little effervescent scent, oak; 👅: Ethanol hit at the outset that dissipates, more baking spices, slight marzipan; 🏁: Taste is a bit oily and it lingers.

Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Pale rosy copper, thick legs that stay on the side of the glass; 👃: Lots of funky notes and a nice spicy accent, mature rye stands out with a little young rye rounding out the nose, cinnamon, some muted baking spices VERY SWEET; 👅: VERY smooth and creamy at the outset, burnt caramel in the middle and a little bright citrus at the back end; 🏁: Lingers a bit in a good way, no harshness whatsoever, great rye that is very underrated, and deserves a raised glass!

Let sit for about 5 minutes. 👀: Slightly burnt caramel, light copper when held up to the light, thick walled legs; 👃: Plasticky notes at the outset which give way to the more classic peaty notes of bbq and seaweed, young-ish sweetness of rye shines forth at the end... And then the smoke returns; 👅: Very sweet rye, smoky peat ensues and dissipates into a floral finish; 🏁: Does not linger, leaves you quickly so you can taste something else afterward, beautiful rye!
