    Ethanol hits you on the nose like a high proof rye (very similar to E H Taylor rye), but on the first sip you get cherry, vanilla, and tobacco with the perfect amount of cinnamon spice. The finish is long with a lingering spice. This bourbon is terrific!

    On the nose you get ethanol and sweetness. With the first sip you get a smoothly building warmth from the spice which gives way to cherry and vanilla. Finish is decently long. Overall really nice pour.

    Beautiful full glass of bourbon. A lot of complexity, you feel the 122.8 proof coupled with a well balanced spice. Taste is slightly nutty with caramel. Finish is medium to long with lingering spice.

    Very very sweet right out of the gate. Lots of vanilla and a subtle light spice. The finish is long with lingering sweetness.

    Pleasantly surprised by this cask strength bourbon. It's sweet and rich with a soft vanilla finish and a little hint of heat. I'll be buying more of this.

    You can smell the high rye mash bill on the pour. Floral and cinnamon with a lasting spice.

    On the nose it's like a sweet rye. The first thing that comes to mind on that first sip is sweet caramel. After the initial sweetness you get light barrel spice. Overall nice sipper.
