Reviewed October 12, 2021 (edited December 4, 2021)A- amber +2,medium viscosity N- toffee, honey, apricot, plums, banana, burned sugar P- medium spicy arrival, full, rich, oily, honey, toffee, plums, apricot, dark berries, brûlée, oak, walnuts F- medium to long finish, sweet-oaky aftertaste (nice and pleasant) C- if you haven't tried edradour before this definitely is a good start, great value for the money, elegant and tasty dram (highly recommended) -
A- amber -1, high viscosity N- peat, smoke, honey, vanilla, tangerine, maritime minerals P- peaty-smoky arrival, medium spicy, full, rich, oily, vanilla, honey, maritime minerals, sea salty water F- short to medium finish, sweet-mineral- smoky aftertaste C- good entry level peaty dram from Springbank ( huge fan BTW) not complex but enjoyable

Bladnoch 17 Year California Red Wine Cask Finish

Reviewed October 10, 2021 (edited August 14, 2022)A- amber +2 , medium viscosity N- walnuts, almonds, licorice, sweet ( honey, vanilla, toffee) fruity (dried fruits, apricots, plums), barley malt, oak P- a bit hot spicy arrival ( but pleasant), full, rich, oily, the nuttiness is impressive on this one (walnuts, almonds, nuts, pistachio) , sweet (honey, vanilla, toffee), fruity (dried fruits, plums, apricots, baked pears), barley malt, a bit dry, wet oak F- medium to long finish, nutty-sweet-oaky- dry aftertaste (love it) C- this is a good one guys, It’s nice the complexity it offers specially in the nutty site , a bit dry but is good -
Glenallachie 10 Year Cask Strength Batch 2

Reviewed October 9, 2021 (edited March 19, 2022)A- amber +1, high viscosity N- w/water: honey, dark berries, raisins, apricots, cereal, wet oak P- w/water: spicy arrival, rich, full, a bit rough on the edges, chocolate, vanilla, toffee, rum cake, apricots, raisins, dark berries, oak F- medium-long finish, wood-sweet aftertaste C- I was expecting a bit more of this dram, had to add plenty of drops of water because it was a bit hot and harsh for my taste, heard really good things about batch 4 & 5 if you have the chance get any of those batches -

Not my cup of tea

Reviewed September 26, 2021 (edited October 11, 2022)A- amber-2, high viscosity With water: N- fruity, orange peels, tangerine, green apples, vanilla, honey, oak P- spicy arrival, a bit sharp ( got better with more water added), full, rich, oily, honey, vanilla, toffee, green apples, tangerine, orange peels, lemons, oak F- long finish, sweet- fruity-woody aftertaste C- wanted to try this one for a while since Edradour mainly do sherry cask whisky I have to tell you I was a very skeptical at the beginning but this dram delivers, a pleasant experience -

Reviewed September 23, 2021 (edited June 4, 2022)A- amber +2, high viscosity N- gentle (I could smel this all night), toffee, vanilla, compote, cotton candy, burned sugar P- gentle spicy arrival, full, rich, oily, creamy, toffee, vanilla, raisins, apricots, tart, rum cake, chocolate fudge , oak F- long finish, sweet-creamy-Woody aftertaste C- SPECTACULAR dram if you haven't tried it already please go and yourself a favor. Not sure how the chillfiltered is going to be hopefully they'll keep the essence of this dram
