Reviewed September 6, 2021A- amber +2, high viscosity N- w/water: acetone, pepper, chocolate, toffee, raisins, dried fruits, plums, apricots, wet oak, brûlée P- w/water: spicy arrival, rich, mouthful, sweet, black pepper, rum cake, toffee, walnuts, dark chocolate, raisins, apricots, plums, burned sugar, wet oak F- long sweet finish (rum cake like), sweet-fruity-nutty aftertaste C- sherry bomb!!!!! what a treat highly recommended -

Reviewed September 2, 2021 (edited December 25, 2021)A- amber +2 N- vanilla, dried fruits, honey. caramel, cotton candy P- spicy, oily, sweet, rich, full, toasted oak, cereal, vanilla, toffee, honey, burn sugar, tart, cinnamon, banana, walnuts F- long pleasant sweet oaky finish C- nice sweet oaky dram, very enjoyable a bit overpriced for the complexity it offers -

Reviewed August 31, 2021 (edited February 16, 2022)A- amber -1,high viscosity N- funk, leather, rubber, tangerine, orange peels, sultanas, green apples lemons, honey, vanilla P- fruity arrival, light smoke and peat, full, rich, oily, funky, leather, rubber, fruity, (tangerine, orange peels, sultanas, lemon zest, green apples) briny, vanilla, honey, grass, sea water F- medium to long finish, fruity-briny-floral aftertaste ( lots of tangerine lingering around ) C- if you have not tried Springbank before this is a great start the amount of complexity of this dram will blow you away ( be aware this is not a good entry level dram if you're starting this whisky journey give yourself time to develop your palate and enjoy the explosion of flavors) -

A- amber -1 , Med viscosity N- vanilla, honey, herbal, toffee, tangerine, green apples P- medium spicy, smooth , full, honey, vanilla, toffee, tangerine, orange peels, green apples, floral, briny, tart, creamy, nutty F- short finish, sweet and fruity aftertaste C- light pleasant dram, not that complex but very well balanced
