Nose- maple syrup Body- light marshmallow and maple syrup Finish- very light and sweet This is just fine. Not the finest. It is obscenely unoffensive.

Nose- astringent and a little fecal Body- lemon, marmalade, honey, and peanuts, classic barley notes Finish- black pepper, lemon and grass

Nose-maple syrup and marshmallow Body- toasted nut with marshmallow, pear, and brown sugar Finish- light dosipation of flavors above

This is Batch 10 Nose- vanilla, sweet, paper Body- peppery and woody Finish- citrusy at the end like a wjite zinfadel or chmpagme Imteresting. Not my favorite but interesting.

Nose-burning sweet, charred marshmallow Body- sweet and sour baking spices Finish-a bit bitter and chemical but not bad

Nose- sweet maple syrup and marshmallow Body- sweeeeeeet, maply syrup, brown sugar glazed orcand Finish- still has s touch of that canadian whiskey bitterness at the end but it pajrs down he sweetness

Nose- sweet canilla and cut grass Body— grassy, herbal, with a hint of lemon Finish- lemon and oily mouthfeel Tastes like a young Irish whiskey.

Nose- astringent with a hint of vanilla and pine Body- charred marshmallow, pine, with a bitter chemical finish Finish- white rain hairspray from the early 90s (cheers Mom)

Nose- brown sugar, cherry Body- cherry, coca cola, hint of cinnamon Finish- lingering cherry, black pepper

Nose- this is going ti be different, Body- chocolate italian soda, malt balls, and dark chocolate Finish- chocolate gives way to coffee This is very different that any Irish I have had. Good although not a flavor profile I usually look for.
