Nose- buttery Body- sweet tea, buttery pancakes with maple syrup Finish- peppery spice Lighter than expected. Very nice!

Nose-astringent, green apple Body- really rich candy green apple Finish- orange juice that has soured This has notes I like but it is turned up too much. Tastes a bit hotter than it should at this price point.

Nose- cinnamon bun Body-cinnamon, sweet tea, orange marmalade Finish- sweet tea

Nose- maple syrup Body- maple syrup sweetness with pit fruit Finish-that sweetness continues, biscuits dipped in biscuits before church Good stuff!

Nose- brown sugar Body- baking spices, orange marmalade, and oats Finish- brown sugar, hint of mint

Nose- brown sugar, sweet tea Body- brown sugar, orange marmalade, hint of mint Finish- mint comes through more Still some grain notes here but very approachable.

Nose- smells young, butterscotch and grain notes Body- tastes young, sweet tea and corn Finish-orange marmalade and buttery grains

Nose- sweet with pit fruit Body- rich cherry at first but then that leaves quickly with rich tannins reminiscent of tea Finish- dry finish that really contrast with the body Interesting sweet mash. This is the Tobacco Blossom

Nose- vanilla and cinnamon Body- oily with cinnamon, hint of cherry, lemon Finish- lemon juice mingles with a growing presence of leather
