Nose- plenty of vanilla and a hint of lemon zest Body- vanilla continues here strongly with peppery spices prevalent, there are hints of honey and citrus Finish- light and fairly dry Notes- For someone that predominately drinks bourbon, the spice notes really balance the typical Irish sweetness. If someone is looking for more typical bourbon notes that you would get from a charred barrel, this ain’t it. While I am not sure this is an improvement on the regular Redbreast line. This is an interesting rendition.

Nose- smoke and honey Body- honey, slightly floral, black pepper, and a hint of smoke Finish- smoke finishes and then the pepper comes back stronger than befor with just a little fresh grass

Nose- sweet, honey and oranges Body- orange sherbert, old fashioned Finish- orange zest really comes through here with powdered sugar I like this. Milliardo is wrong.

Nose-oaky notes of spice and vanilla Body-black pepper, vanilla, and a hint of lemon, pretty straightforward Finish-pepper gives way to lemon zest

Nose- Buttery oatmeal cookies Body- Flavors are light but mouthfeel is heavy. Butter and baking spices hang with you and are reminiscent of outmeal cookies. The missus says waffles. Finish- Oily finish, the buttery mouthfeel stays with you for a long time and eventually some grassy notes come through. This one grew on me but not sure about the price point.

Nose- sweet, light, but also malty (reminiscent of many Japanese single malts) Body- sweet with orange marmalade Finish- not a whole lot here, honeysuckle?

Nose- sugar and a hint of lemon Body- rich, brown sugar, toast with honey and jam Finish- jam fades and the toast with honey continues This and the green spot are my favorite I believe.

Nose-white sugar and pit fruit Body- sugar, pit fruit, wine tannins, sweet gives way to bitter in a pleasant way Finish- red wine and a bit of lemon

Nose- roasted pecans with brown sugar Body- roasted pecans and caramel at the start but then there are bitter tannins that I don’t really care for Finish- too woody

Nose- sugar and a hint of lemon Body- light bodied with sugar and lemon, has a hint of candy Finish- dry with a hint of brown sugar remaining Reminds me of many Heaven Hill products.
