Smooth, slightly sweet. A little vanilla from bourbon barrels, a little fruit and tannin from oak.

Love the complexity in an Irish whisky. Lots of fruits and a bit of vanilla from the bourbon casks.

Cherries and oranges lead into a sweet vanilla pudding. Light on the palate with a fairly long and sweet finish.

Nose of smoke, iodine, and bacon Palate is smoky bacon fat iodine and brine with honey and a hint of lavender

A campfire at the shore. Roasted apples.

Honeyed figs and other dark fruits on the nose. Honey, light fruit, and a little floral on the palate. Short and sweet finish. Delicious

Wow. This was one of my first drams, about six years ago. One whiff took me right back to the bar in Seoul. Good times. Nose - still briskety, redolent of smoked meats, briney tar, and sea spray Palate - salty, smokey, and oily. Intense peat with leather and a little floral sweetness. Finish - long and lingering
